I've never seen her but I always see the war vet guy without legs - The one who always waves to cars and says hello when you walk or ride your bike past him =)
Is that one chick that was yelling at some dude the other day while walking down the street? If so, yeah I've seen her ha ha, and if not... too many crazies out there!

My roommate and I tried to approach her once, but when she looked at us we both felt like we were turning to stone!! So we sped off. Screaming. aaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!LOL
